王忠德,男,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。山西省优秀博士论文获得者;山西省高校优秀青年学术带头人;山西省高等学校131领军人才;山西省三晋英才青年人才。分别于2003、2007、2013年在东北石油大学、四川大学和太原理工大学获工学学士、工学硕士和工学博士学位。长期从事电活性离子交换功能材料制备、膜分离和水处理等方面的研究工作,对电活性功能材料制备与应用及膜分离的关键问题有了深刻的认识。主持和参与项目:科技部中日政府间合作项目2项、日本学术振兴会(JSPS)项目1项,国家自然科学基金4项,省基金和回国留学人员基金项目等省部级项目十余项。2013~2014年获得山西省留学基金委资助赴加拿大滑铁卢大学化工系做访问学者,与著名膜分离专家X.Feng教授和电化工与材料专家M.Pritzker合作,在电活性功能膜材料方面进行深入研究,建立了良好的合作关系。在J.
